The terms and conditions published here are between iDevJobs.com and the Employer and govern the obligations of both parties for the services provided by iDevJobs.com of publishing advertising material for the Employer on the website.

Employer Obligations

The Employer shall in all respects comply with all statues, legal requirements, codes of practice and bye-laws to which the Employer is subject in carrying out the business as Recruitment Agency.

The Employer shall use the CV's received in response to the advertisement on the Website for the sole purpose of endeavoring to find suitable employment on behalf of the candidates in accordance with their wishes.

The Employer shall keep confidential any personal information contained in the CV received in response of the advertisement on the website.

The Employer shall not sell or submit the CV's received in response of the advertisement on the website to anyone except to the genuine clients who have the requirements for such candidates. the Employer shall also ensure that it obtains the candidates consent prior to submitting the CV to any client.

The Employer shall not discriminate in any way between the CV's received in response to the advertisement on the website and those received directly.

The Employer shall pay iDevJobs.com the charges as agreed between the Employer and iDevJobs.com.

The Employer shall indemnify and keep indemnified iDevJobs.com against costs, claims, damages, expenses and liabilities incurred by iDevjobs.com arising out of the Employers use of information on the CV's or the publication of advertising materials.

iDevJobs.com Charges

iDevjobs.com shall make available online payment facilities for the use of the Employer to purchase advertising services form the website. Purchase of advertising shall be in advance of the advertising shown on the website, and by account.

Cancellation of Account

Either party may cancel the account at any time. Upon cancellation of the account any monies left in the Employers account shall become the property of iDevJobs.com.

Law

The Laws of England govern this agreement, and no representation is made that this site or any information accessed through it is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. English courts shall deal with any questions arising from use of the website.
