Should I use .ASP extensions if I've got no embedded script?

If you are working with IIS5 you should use .ASP for just about all your files. IIS5 has support for so called 'scripting ASP'. The ASP interpreter will process the file almost as quickly as an equivalent .HTM files if there is no contained script. If you are using IIS4 or earlier, stick with the .HTM extension, or face some performance loss.
